⚡ What is the 16VC Founder Fellowship?

The 16VC Founder Fellowship is a 9-week, fully remote program for early-stage founders preparing for a pre-seed or seed raise.

We work hands-on with a curated group of 30–50 founders, helping them sharpen their product, narrative, and go-to-market strategy—with the goal of getting them ready to raise.

A select few companies will receive investment from 16VC (up to $500K).

🧩 How it works

Founders are placed into small working pods (6–8 people) to enable deep collaboration and feedback.

Each week includes:

• 1× Pod Session (Small Group)
  Tactical working sessions with your pod

• 1× Full Cohort Session
  Deep dives on product, GTM, and fundraising

• Advisor Office Hours
  Optional, targeted guidance from operators and investors

• Async Feedback
  Continuous input from the 16VC team

🔁 Weekly flow

Over 9 weeks, we focus on execution:

• Define the problem, user, and positioning

• Build a clear narrative and direction

• Refine the product + gather real user feedback

• Identify and test traction signals

• Experiment with distribution and messaging

• Prepare your deck + fundraising story

🎯 Outcomes

By the end of the fellowship:

• You’ll have a clear product and positioning

• A tight narrative and investor-ready deck

• Early traction signals and learnings

• A shot at 16VC investment (pre-seed/seed up to $500K)

Even if you’re not funded immediately, you’ll continue as part of the 16VC network.
